The green triangle is the track playing indicator. If it is checked, it will mute that track. The red circle indicates the track to be recorded. The blue diamond indicates the track to listen to as a solo, muting the rest of the tracks. The purple loop button indicates the track will repeat over and over. Type the name of the track under Name. Type the channel for the instrument. Each sound must be set to a different channel. Percussion is always on channel 10. The instrument (Program) number is the number of the instrument playing (Flute = Program 74). The blue squares indicate the track that has been recorded. The white squares are like rests. If you highlight a track or section of tracks, you might copy / paste / edit / delete the track. Lessons copyright www.musictechteacher.com.
